Medical Consultant in Palliative Care

We are seeking a Medical Consultant in Palliative Care with excellent communication and team skills. This is a newly established position to support our community teams caring for patients at home.

The role will encompass assisting the teams with triage, initial assessments, care planning for complex scenarios, day service clinics, and visits to patient’s homes.

As part of the Hospice medical team you will provide backup for the Inpatient Unity and the Hospice after-hours service.
