On-call Administrator/Receptionist

Mary Potter Hospice is proud to be regarded as one of Wellington’s most loved and trusted charities. For over 35 years, the Hospice has been caring for people and their family/whānau. We currently have a vacancy for a receptionist/administrator looking for a flexible role. We have bases in Newtown, Porirua and Paraparaumu and while most work will be at the Newtown base we require someone flexible to occasionally provide cover in our other bases. The roles providing cover for are busy and varied and are pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of our service and is the first point of contact for a number of our patients and visitors.

We are looking for a special someone with a warm, welcoming personality, well-developed administrative and organisational skills, a customer focus, excellent communication style, ability to build good relationships and a willingness to help out wherever required.
