Financial wellbeing At this workshop we’ll share tips for getting on top of day-to-day transactions, balancing your wants versus needs and basic budgeting skills.
Cooking for one We’ll cover how to plan your meals and how to enrich your diet in creative ways.
Social connections Learn how to enhance your social skills to form meaningful connections with others and develop good support networks.
Maintaining calm At this session we’ll explore mindfulness through creative arts to support mental and emotional wellbeing.
