Teresa is a trained yoga teacher (Dip IYTA) who has experienced the benefits of yoga during her own breast cancer journey and beyond. Teresa has collaborated with Ora Toa to help others on their recovery journey.

Please bring a yoga mat and a towel to cover you during relaxation.
Please wear non-restrictive clothing. The room is warm and carpeted, chairs are available if there are those who find it difficult to lie on the floor. Support persons are welcome.
