Are you the go-to person for family and friends for technology issues? Do you love helping people and are able to talk about technology in simple terms?  We are looking for an IT savvy person who will be the first point of contact for IT issues for our staff, some of whom are new to working in a digital environment using IPhones and IPads to undertake their important work supporting our patients and families.

In this new role, you will be working sole-charge so you will need to be a self-starter and be self-motivated.  You will be comfortable training staff and good at finding proactive solutions to problems.  Your role will be varied and, as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance, will require you to have outstanding communication and relationship management skills. You will be involved in maintaining and developing our Intranet, patient management system, mobile devices and setting up new users onto our network. You will be proficient in MS Office, have a clean driver’s license, and be willing to drive to our community bases of Porirua and Kapiti when required. This role may be a great opportunity for a recent graduate. Some IT related work experience would be preferred.
