Mary Potter Hospice provides free palliative care for the people of the Wellington Region. We have a 12 bedded Inpatient Unit, and a strong Community team. We take a multi-disciplinary approach in order to provide holistic care for our patients and their families / whānau.

We are currently recruiting for a Palliative Care Registered Nurse to work in our community team. The Registered Nurse will strengthen the interface between generalist and specialist palliative care services by providing specialist advice, education and co-ordination; promoting a cohesive and consistent quality of palliative care within the Aged and Primary Care setting assisting with patients transitioning into ARC.

We need you to have NZ Nursing Council registration with a current annual practicing certificate, and a recognised post-graduate qualification in palliative care (or working towards).
