Mary Potter Hospice is Wellington’s hospice, and we’ve relied on the wonderful support of the community for 40 years. We provide free palliative care for the people of the Wellington Region.
We are currently recruiting for an On-call Receptionist/Administrator. This role will be supporting the Administration team covering staff leave, working across our three bases in Newtown, Porirua and Paraparaumu.
The roles you will be covering are busy and varied, are pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of our service, and is the first point of contact for a number of our patients and visitors.
We are looking for a special someone with a warm, welcoming personality, a great multi-tasker with well-developed administrative and organisational skills, a customer focus, excellent communication style, ability to build good relationships and a willingness to help out wherever required. Flexibility is the key to this role.
