Every day, people across Wellington, Porirua and Kāpiti help make hospice care possible. Whether you’ve donated, volunteered, shopped, fundraised or supported Mary Potter Hospice in another way, you’re part of that community.
The newly published 2025/26 Impact Report is a chance to see the difference your support helps make.
Over the past year, Mary Potter Hospice cared for 766 patients, with an average of 205 people receiving hospice care each day. And 649 volunteers contributed more than 51,900 hours, giving their time and skills to support patients and whānau, Hospice Shops, fundraising and services across the region.
The report also shares personal experiences, updates on hospice services and introduces some of the people providing care. Together, these offer a fuller picture of what your support helps make possible. You’ll also find updates on how services are developing to meet the needs of the communities Mary Potter Hospice serves.
