We are aware that the MediMap medication management system, that Mary Potter Hospice uses, is currently offline nationwide following reports that some patient records were incorrectly modified.
We understand this may be concerning for patients and whānau. Please be assured that our Hospice team has contingency processes in place to safely manage medications while the system is unavailable.
We are awaiting further communication from MediMap and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
