We are aware that the MediMap medication management system used by Mary Potter Hospice is currently offline nationwide following reports that some patient records were incorrectly modified.
We understand this may feel concerning. Please be assured that our Hospice team has well-established contingency processes in place and continues to safely manage medications for all patients.
Patient care remains our highest priority. Our nurses and doctors are working carefully and confidently using manual systems while MediMap resolves the issue.
We are awaiting further updates from MediMap and will share more information as it becomes available.
