When you use a health service in New Zealand, like Mary Potter Hospice, you have the protection of a Code of Rights.

All patients, families and whānau receiving Mary Potter Hospice services have a right to be notified of their rights and responsibilities before hospice care begins.

All patients, families and whānau have the right to exercise those rights, and all decisions and choices they make will guide their hospice care.

If you have any comments or concerns about the service provided by Mary Potter Hospice, we welcome you to give feedback to us directly so that we can develop a solution or improve our services.
